Most construction calculators in Pakistan hand you a single number with nothing behind it — no quantities, no sources, no idea what your society actually lets you build. We wanted the opposite: an estimate you can open line by line, priced on rates that carry a date and a source, constrained by the real bylaws of DHA, Bahria, LDA and CDA.

So we built it. Pick one of our home designs or upload your own floor plan, and it becomes a 3D model you can walk around. Choose your materials, finishes and paint colors, and watch the cost and construction timeline update live. Every figure traces back to researched data, and anything we couldn't verify against a published market rate is labelled an estimate — never dressed up as fact.
